development plan, a quality plan, documentation and training plans, a configuration
management plan, a Software Design Specification, a release and delivery plan, and a
verification and validation (testing) plan. Our technical committee endorses these plans
before project development begins in earnest. The committee consists of managers from
different departments involved in product creation. If our client has any specific quality
control standards or documentation requirements, we adhere to them. Summit believes in
continuous improvement by regular reviews and audits. The results of these continuous
evaluations are utilized to improve and strengthen our processes and quality management
